Mercedes-Benz End of Year eDM for C-Class vehicle customers
I wrote the copy for this eDM targeting specific customers of Mercedes-Benz: those who had purchased a C-Class vehicle.
The eDM was designed to celebrate the successes of the brand that year and, in particular, hero the car model that the customer had bought.
The call to action invited customers to view a special landing page with a timeline of events related to their vehicle model.
The eDM was hugely successful, with an open rate of 62%, which is more than triple the Travel and Transport industry average of 20.51%. It also had a click-through rate of 4%, compared to the average 2.19%.
