COPYWRITER & CREATIVE

I was invited by Melbourne-based artist and photographer Alice Hutchison to contribute written work to her art project Object/Reflect.

 

The project consisted of five still life photos by Hutchison and five corresponding texts, each by a different writer. 

 

For my contribution Alice gave me the theme 'Assembling', and a word count of between 30 and 300 words, which I could submit in whatever form I wanted. I was one of five writers who contributed, who each wrote in their own distinct styles.

 

The project was exhibited for one night only at Off The Kerb Gallery in Melbourne on June 27, 2015, with the publication sold on the night.

 

It received press in Spook magazine
(which I was interviewed for), plus 
Pitch Zine and Broadsheet.
