Ed Oxenbould is the True Star of Paul Dano and Zoe Kazan's 'Wildlife'
I interviewed actor Ed Oxenbould about his role in Paul Dano and Zoe Kazan's film Wildlife.
The film (which was adapted from the Richard Ford novel of the same name) is about a family that's disrupted when the father Joe (played by Jake Gyllenhaal) loses his job and leaves to fight a wild fire, forcing his wife Jeanette (played by Carey Mulligan) to fend for herself and their 14-year-old son, Joe (played by Ed Oxenbould).
As the parents retreat into rebellion, Ed's performance as an emotionally mature 14-year-old becomes a powerful example of the resilience of teenagers.
